General
- The feature I’m using doesn’t seem to be working. I’m not receiving any SMS messages.
If you are trying to use a feature that sends a text message to the customer or driver, you need to be connected to one of our SMS providers.
Instructions to connect to your SMS Provider:
If you're using AddOns.la:
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the SMS tab.
- Choose your provider from the list.
- Follow the instructions if any to connect.
If you're using the new Limo Anywhere Integration:
- Click on AddOns at the top right of your Limo Anywhere system.
- Select Messaging Manager.
- Follow the setup prompts.
Once you're connected to an SMS provider, you'll be able to use this feature!
SMS Provider
- RingCentral – Not displaying phone numbers to choose from.
This is usually due to an invalid setup. Sometimes the fix is to click the checkbox next to Remove RingCentral Account > Save Changes and then go back and click the Connect RingCentral Account button and then make sure you login using an admin username and password. If the profile you login to doesn't have the proper priveledges, it will not allow us to retrieve the data.
